SUDO AI
The Challenge
Professional services firms, law firms, CPAs, and financial advisors, cannot safely use cloud LLMs. Client privilege, data residency, and regulatory exposure make SaaS AI a non-starter for the work that matters most. They need the productivity gains. They cannot ship client data to a third party to get them.
What We Built
A private-AI product line. Hardware, software, models, and brand designed end to end, with the appliance at its center:
- SUDO Box, the flagship: a plug-and-play appliance that sits on the firm's network, running private models fully offline. Zero cloud calls, zero telemetry, zero per-token fees. One capital expense, unlimited internal use, zero data egress.
- SUDO Cloud: the same intelligence without managing hardware, a protected, single-tenant cloud (app.sudo.digital) with token-capped plans, no training on customer data, and an Auto router that picks the right model per request. A lower-friction on-ramp that funnels firms toward the Box.
- Six specialized models: SUDO General, Fast, Coder, Translate, Reason, and Vision, tuned for legal and CPA workflows rather than generic chat.
- Brand and go-to-market: positioning, identity, the marketing site (sudo.digital), and vertical targeting for law firms, CPAs, and financial advisors.
Why It Matters
SUDO is a Gravitas venture, proof that we design, ship, and position real products, not just campaigns. What began as a single on-prem appliance is now a hybrid product line with a live cloud platform, the same discipline we bring to every client engagement, applied to the hardest problem in regulated AI.
Cuvée
The Engagement
Embedded technology team for a luxury vacation rental operator with villas across Aspen, Maui, Los Cabos, Telluride, and Sun Valley. One partner across every digital touchpoint, over multiple years, replacing a fragmented stack of disconnected tools with a single coherent system.
What We Shipped
- Web, mobile, and PMS: custom WordPress site, native iOS and Android companion app, and a purpose-built property management system with bidirectional Track PMS sync.
- CRM and attribution: HubSpot with five deal pipelines, 1,500+ contacts cleaned and correctly attributed, CallRail to Zapier to HubSpot pipeline mapping every inbound call to its true marketing source.
- Growth stack: Google Ads rebuilt to eliminate double and triple counting, GA4 reworked to track real conversions, and SEO focused on high-intent destination queries.
The Impact
Keyword visibility in Google's top 10 climbed from 39% to 78% after replacing 500+ zero-volume terms with 26 high-value queries worth nearly 9,000 monthly searches. Paid media conversions went from inflated to accurate, enabling real bid optimization for the first time. One set of tools, one source of truth, one partner across strategy, engineering, and growth.
Icon Analytics
The Challenge
Icon Analytics builds healthcare data and AI solutions on Snowflake, but deep technical expertise is hard to sell when it lives in spreadsheets and slide decks. They needed a brand, a digital presence, and tooling that made their capabilities tangible to healthcare and life sciences buyers, not just described on a call.
What We Built
We became Icon's outsourced brand, web, and product team across three connected workstreams:
- Brand and website: the iconanalytics.io site and a consistent visual system, built on an IBM Plex type foundation with an editorial, data-forward design that signals senior healthcare-analytics expertise.
- Marketing material: a coherent sales and print system, brochures, offer one-pagers, and an offerings ladder, used in Icon's co-sell motion with Snowflake.
- AI tooling: working AI demonstrations built inside the customer's own Snowflake account using Cortex, including a Rural Health Intelligence analytics platform and a sales-intelligence tool. Proof a buyer can click through, not slides.
Why It Matters
One partner across brand, web, and the AI tooling that wins the room. Icon now walks into healthcare accounts with a polished presence and a live proof running in Snowflake, turning abstract data expertise into something a prospect can see, touch, and buy.
Hudson Valley Care Coalition
The Challenge
A regional nonprofit connecting people to behavioral health and caregiver support services had a capable WordPress site that was not being found. Search engines could not parse the heading structure, title tags and meta descriptions were missing across key pages, schema markup was absent, and core templates failed multiple accessibility checks. The people the organization needed to reach were not seeing them in search.
Our Approach
We ran a full technical and on-page SEO audit, then executed a structured remediation across WordPress and Elementor. Scope included:
- SEO audit: 28-item audit covering technical SEO, on-page content, schema, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals, with a tiered remediation roadmap.
- On-page rewrites: custom title tags and meta descriptions written for 13 priority pages, optimized for search intent around caregiver support and behavioral health.
- Heading hierarchy: 112+ corrections across the site so every page has a single H1 and a clean H2/H3 structure that search engines and screen readers can parse.
- Technical SEO foundations: canonical tags, Open Graph and Twitter Card metadata, sitemap regeneration, robots.txt cleanup, and correct indexation signals.
- Schema markup: Organization and relevant article types implemented for AI search and rich result eligibility.
- Accessibility: alt text pass, form label corrections, and focus-order cleanup for WCAG alignment.
- Blog hygiene: publish dates restored, metadata normalized, and legacy thin content flagged for pruning or expansion.
- CMS discipline: The SEO Framework configured as the site's source of truth so future pages inherit the same defaults.
The Results
17 of 28 audit items closed in the first remediation pass, with the remaining items scoped into an ongoing content and E-E-A-T roadmap. Every priority page now has a unique title, meta description, canonical, OG tags, and clean heading structure, so search engines and AI assistants can reliably surface the coalition's services to the people looking for them.
Viper SmartStart
The Challenge
The Viper brand had long been known for innovative, industry-leading automotive products. But after three versions of their connected car app set the pace, the automobile industry and competitors quickly copied the best features. Viper needed to leap ahead again with SmartStart 4.0-a complete reimagining of the connected car experience.
Our Approach
We started from square one-carefully building a better UX, adding a modern interface full of elements of delight, and completely rewriting the app for iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and Android Wear. Gesture controls for remote start, smart geo-fencing, speed alerts, parking assistance, and vehicle security-all designed to far exceed anything else in the industry.
The Results
SmartStart 4.0 surpassed 3 million downloads and won the 2016 CES Wearable Product Innovation Award and ADDY Award for Digital Product Design, reclaiming its position as the definitive connected car platform.
Stride Rite
The Challenge
Children's shoe retail giant Stride Rite wanted to combine at-home foot measurement, a virtual dressing room, and online purchasing in a single innovative iPad application-enabling parents to get accurate foot measurements by simply taking a picture, without visiting a store.
Our Approach
We developed patent-pending algorithms for photo-based foot measurement accurate to 1mm, with camera pitch and roll controls for precision. The app includes growth tracking with notifications, a virtual try-on experience where kids can see shoes on their own photo, and "Foot Doodles"-a creative play feature building brand affinity with children.
The Results
Named by AdAge as "Best Branded Parenting App of the Year." The app earned a Webby Awards Honoree, ADDY Award, W3 Award for Best Use of Mobile Camera, and Davey Award. It transformed the children's footwear shopping experience across retail and digital channels.
Oakley Airwave
The Challenge
Oakley needed to launch the updated 1.5 version of the Airwave heads-up display app-a completely revamped wearable experience for the world's first GPS-enabled ski goggles. The new release required updated Bluetooth LE pairing, SDK integrations, and a total UX overhaul.
Our Approach
We redesigned the complete HUD experience for real-time data while carving slopes at speed. Speed tracking, trick analytics with distance and airtime, vertical tracking by run and season, on-board temperature, GPS navigation, incoming calls and texts on the goggle display, playlist controls, and automatic social media posting when users hit speed or height milestones.
The Results
The redesigned Airwave app became the gold standard for wearable HUD experiences, enabling the next generation of wearable tech to function at the top of its game on the mountain.
The Godzilla Encounter
The Challenge
As Legendary Pictures prepared to re-launch the Godzilla franchise, they needed a show-stopping digital activation for San Diego Comic-Con-one of the most talked about entertainment events in the world. They built a Universal Studios-level attraction inside a warehouse seven blocks from the Convention Center and needed technology to match.
Our Approach
We created a digital experience combining geolocation, augmented reality, and photo filters. A Geiger counter interface used Qualcomm's Gimbal beacon technology to guide fans from the Convention Center to the warehouse. Inside, an AR "Translator" feature let users hold their phones up to Japanese posters and watch them magically translate to English, unlocking exclusive never-seen-before movie artwork.
The Results
Over 10,000 downloads in just four days. Nationwide coverage in USA Today and numerous pop culture publications. Demand was so high that Legendary expanded event hours. The project won a Webby Award, Gold and Silver OMMA Awards, Gold and Silver W3 Awards, and a Gold ADDY.
UTOPIA Fiber
The Challenge
UTOPIA Fiber, a municipal fiber network serving Utah communities, needed to drive subscriber growth in an increasingly competitive broadband market while maximizing the efficiency of their advertising spend.
Our Approach
We built and managed high-performance paid media campaigns across search, social, and display channels. Continuous A/B testing, audience segmentation, and creative optimization drove down acquisition costs while scaling reach.
The Results
Campaigns delivered 2.5x return on ad spend while reducing cost per lead by 35%, significantly accelerating subscriber growth across UTOPIA's service areas.
Stay Management Platform
The Challenge
Luxury vacation rental companies were running 5–10 disconnected vendors for their website, PMS, CRM, guest apps, marketing, and housekeeping. No off-the-shelf property management system was designed for properties renting at $5,000–$25,000+ per night. They needed a purpose-built operating system that matched the quality of their physical experience.
Our Approach
We designed and built the Stay Management Platform from the ground up-a complete technology ecosystem for luxury hospitality. Six integrated products under one operating system: property management, custom website and guest apps, AI-powered concierge, itinerary planning, marketing automation, and fractional CTO advisory. One partner, every touchpoint.
The Results
The platform consolidated five vendor relationships into one unified technology partnership for its flagship client, tripling direct bookings and achieving 95%+ guest satisfaction. Now expanding to serve luxury villa companies, boutique hotel groups, and destination management companies worldwide.
