Information we collect
We collect only what we need to do business with you and to keep this site running.
- Information you submit. When you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email, optional company, and the message you send. If you reach out by email, we collect whatever you choose to share.
- Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, referring page, and pages viewed. This is used to understand traffic patterns and to maintain site security.
- Analytics data. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on page, broad geographic region). Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries you send us and to deliver the services you've engaged us for.
- To improve the website, our content, and our services.
- To send occasional follow-ups about a project or proposal you've initiated. We do not run mass marketing email campaigns from this site.
- To comply with legal obligations and to protect against fraud, abuse, or security threats.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of cookies, primarily to power Google Analytics. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers, retargeting pixels, or third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
Third parties we work with
We share information only with service providers required to operate our business:
- Google (Analytics, Workspace, Cloud). Hosts analytics data and our internal email/document workflow.
- SiteGround. Hosts gravitas.digital and processes contact form submissions via standard server email.
- Clutch. When you click through to our Clutch profile from this site, you're subject to Clutch's privacy policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their marketing.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period after to support an ongoing client relationship. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings (currently 14 months).
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we have about you.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Delete your information from our systems.
- Opt out of any future communication.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@gravitas.digital with the request and we'll act within a reasonable timeframe (typically under 30 days).
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect information in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top and, when appropriate, post a notice on the site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised policy.
